I have purchased a leather jacket this year february by john player showrrom, shakarpur delhi-110092.

I wear the jacket just twice then winter goes and i hang the jacket. But when this winter comes i see that the stuff of jacket rude and collar of jacket rubbed.

Sir, i think you have a world class brand name and reputation as well. Customers believes that they will receive good quality of products, good service and proper attention.

So its my humble request to you that please look into the matter so my expense become useful and my trust becomes forever.
