John Players — leather jacket

I had purchased a leather jacket previous year . I used it only in last winter season and then kept safely . This year when i used it, it was very much shocking to see that the leather has been rugged off
Sir, We believe John Player is a big brand and has a good reputation in the market and will always deliver good quality, good service and proper attention to its customers
Its a humble request to consider my complaint so that my expense become useful
