I had ordered for repair of Johnson Electric Geyser through website https://www.geyserservice.com/contact_us, the person came and opened the geyser and demanded Rs 3750 as repair charges . I promptly told him the geyser is having only minor repairs. H e however denied it and asked me Rs 3000/ at discounted prices . I paid him Rs 350/- and send him back.
I took the Geyser to a private person and got it repaired at Rs 500/- only . This is how the company representatives cheat us. Was this information helpful? |
