On Oct 31st, I got geyser repaired
They took Rs 3750 with 6 month warranty
Today again there is a problem, I called no provided in the bill and they are saying we cannot provide service and they are not picking the call also
Money is taken but no service provided
Again if I call, you will take money from me
what kind of service is this ? Is n't cheating people

I had requested for repair of my Johnson Company Geyser, through https://www.geyserservice.com/contact_us, the person came and informed me that the coil and thermostat has to be replaced and demanded Rs 3750/- and finally requested for Rs 3000/-
I paid him Rs 350/- and sent him.
I took the same to private electrician, he just checked and minor repaired for Rs 500/- . This is how they cheat the public ....

Company employee and dealer misguided me while purchasing the instant geyser

My geyser is in warranty it's not working properly raised a complaint but no one is coming for repairing. They are playing like today tomorrow we will come.in one year geyser having this kind of issue and services is also very bad. Not proper customer service centre not proper person who can address is and handle it properly it's too frustrating. They don't care about your problem and the service person are most of the time they will not answer your call.

We purchased 25 ltrs of johnson geyser during 2008. Last month i. E.in august 2018 it was not worked and got repaired on 14.8.2018 from the johnson service centre one mr. Siddharth came and he gave bill for rs.3250/-. Now, water is heating but a burning smell is coming while the heater is working. We again called the technician, mr. Siddharth. He told he himself will call and come to attend the fault. But two days over he is not coming and now if we call his mobile number, he is not answering and the johnson service centre contact number also not answering. Now we feel instead of doing repair for the old one, we can purchase a new geyser. Service is very bad and dont make repair work for the old geyser.

This is to inform you that we have purchased 13 Nos of 25 Ltrs Johnson Geysers from the day one of instalation we have a problems with this product tank and started leaking in the Geyser with in six months and bathroom flooring is become full of rust strains due to leakages from the geysers.

pls think twice before you buy this product, the product is not even worth for scrap.

The product quantity is very poor and the service team is not polite and the service promises made by the earlier manager is not honour by the present team.

To who is reading this and taking this as a complaint, please could u arrangement someone to get this geyser sorted out which i ve been trying to sort out for almost 4 months now and the warranty itself is running it on it. This is really pathetic considering such a huge company can faulter like this. I call this person called srikhant who is at johnson office near guttalli palace road and is actually really will get on anyone's nerve. I do no how to explain this guy to get this sorted out. He does not arrange the right equipment to repair the device. 2 of his service guys have come home but for 4 months now and could not get it sorted. I have to explain in detail because only i know the level of frustration i ve gone through mentally because of this. Please arrange some one and get this geyser replaced. My address is vrr nest residential apartment. Landmark near pes college begur hobli 560100. I ve been without hot water thanks to johnson..

we have issue one week before and approached authorized dealer in bangalore. they assigned the engineer. just he checked the geyser and charged rs. 300 and found coil need to be changed and he referred 3rd part person to just fix the coil . we have a bill for it. he charged around 1200 and charges of rs. 300 again. now the issue is not resolved and we have wasted so much of money for this. the service center engineer pramod is very very rude to us and he always shout at us why we have called the service center instead of his number directly. we really want the johnson company to take action against that engineer and also need refund for this. service center is least bothered to call us to resolve this issue. if the issue not able to resolve company need to pay the compensation for al the above issue created by the service center.
as i referred the service center and sure they infrmed me they are the authorized service center.

need faster resolution.

Purchased johnson geyser 25 ltrs in oct 2008..had a prob with it within one yr..(leakage in tank) ..Contacted service center. Their person came and checked and told tank needs to be changed. Now after one and half yrs and numerous calls to the service center no action is taken. The manager gives different reasons everytime like shortage of tank etc..Very bad service.

the company johnson and johnson doesnt manufacture any johnson geysers

this is some useless company in the indian market, i made a purchase of johnson geyser and didnt realise that i would be buying a damn cheap product for a hefty of around 4800/-

this product is not even worth 3500/- i purchased it on 21/10/2009
and today has given me so many problems that my entire bathroom is completly ruined. i have had the coil changed 3 times and the product once by some blumac electricals.

if you have an electrical water heater to buy then think twice about johnson or blumac what ever it is.
