[Resolved]  Johnson Tiles — Different shades was sent by the theme

We have purchased the Johnson Tiles in Puducherry Sri Raja Traders. The model of the Tile is Crema Athos (SF) Premium of about 35 boxes costing around 744.29 each box. While choosing the above mentioned model the sales person verified and said its availability of one lot and as per his instruction we have ordered the floor tiles along with other tiles also.. like wall tiles and bath tiles and sink for our house at Muthialpet. The order was made on[protected] by paying the amount of advance of Rs. 10000/- by cash. While delivering we have paid the remaining amount of Rs.30, 700/- in cash(so total bill amount was 40700/-). Vide Bill no. B0011467, Dt:[protected]. While fixing the tiles after diping in the water the tiles lay man has complained the shade variation, on further investigation of tiles man why he has laid the tiles when their is difference in shade for the same, he said that the color variation is known by him only after the tiles got dried up. The supervisor of our house informed me and while analysing what can be done? what the solution can we make. After that I made a compliant to Johnson Customer care service on[protected].. and my compliant no. is 78903 and they have instructed me to stop the work.. My father who is looking that has got frustrated and disappointed of the cheating of the tiles company and the Trader who has send different shades as well. As per the compliant made by me to Johnson the supervisor the company has visited our site on[protected] and taken photo of the tiles..Further I have asked him to look after all the boxes why this variation had happened... Otherwise he would not have checked that also even... His name is Imran and his mobile number is [protected].. After that no progress in the compliant again I called up the Johnson customer care number[protected], on[protected]. After the reminder was taken by the customer. Then, I Spoke to Imran but he was rude and saying that there was no change in tiles and batch no.. In the meantime, his manager came in line while I was talking to him... Then, he justified and accepted that there was change in batch, but Imran is contradict so I want to bring it to notice and want a single shade only
