Shade / colour variation in floor tiles
I purchased 135 boxes of (2"x2") floor tiles (Commercial, 6907 batch no.) of johnson tiles on 03 july 2019 from universal marbles durgapur-13. After laying the tiles on the floor by tiles mason, i observed there are many variation of shade and colour on many tiles. I enquired the shop and wanted to lodge a complaint but they refused to do so and advised me to do complain individually. My question is who will pay my heavy financial loss and ugly look of the house floor? I am awaiting positive response from johnson tiles to replace the entire laying. Copy of challan/ invoice and proof of shade variation certificate from the shop attached herewith. (For 90 boxes tax invoice only, remaining 45 boxes challan/invoice not received from the shop).

    Hello sir,
    We have purchased around 3000 sq ft of artificial marble from Impulse store in Pune. But after installation of one month it is started becoming dull. Also there are numerous back spots on it. It is absorbing stain. It is not as per expectation. I contacted with area manager for this thing, but he is just making some reasons and not even visited site since two months. The poor quality and service from Johnson tile.

      We had purchase johson tuch wood tiles from your authorized seller m/s pedhiwala ceramics pvt ltd kota as per invoice no.3024 dated 04/07/2015. At the time of finishing of construction work of our house. All johnson tuch wood tilles were found defective immediately we inform to seller and they lodged the complaints to company. Technical team of company visited the site observes and realized and offer us to make the payment of difference in rate of inferior quality.
      This is not the way of reasonable solution of my problem.
      I request you kindly replace the defective johnson tiles or provide us reasonable soluation

        complaints lodged many times and issue various reminder but company has not giving any responce
        Very Very Bad product by johnson we bought. Material of this tiles is just pathetic there is no option to clean these tiles . Always shown black spots and dirty tiles. Never buy Tiles from Johnson. Within 6 mohth the condition of Tiles gone worst and worst no one is there who can clean these tiles .

          since a long time after lodging complaints neither company customer care nor dealer provide any attention to rerderral my very genine complaints it is a matter of greate regrate
          now after waiting a reasonable time i have to approuch to consumer court.
          further i request you please do the needfull replace all defetive tiles

            I have purchased 24x24, 52 b0x onyx snow 832sf johnson digital tiles from m/s ghrawal tiles, mango, jamshedpur.Its really heartening to note that each box contains minimum 2/3 distorted &damaged tiles.
            This has brought notice to company resident, zonal &regional executives throgh mail and telephone several times since two month and resident representative mr abhinav tiwary is fully aware to this after intervention from regional office mr tiwary along with other representative visited our flat and confirmed that the tiles supplied to you are as per standard and convinced us that your mistry has put the tiles appropriately.He has seen the damaged tiles and also observed the distortion of some installed/fixed tiles.After discussion we finalize two issues and we both were agreed upon and this was communicated to higher ups through mail.
            1-he advised us to dismantled all fixed tiles and send the same to the supplier and he will ensure the payment through his company.
            2-he advised my mistry some technique to fixed and used the tiles and also which were not used, agreed to replace all damaged & distorted tiles by advising the supplier, which he had personally seen.
            As we have spent money and fixed tiles, decide to go for option two and
            Requested the supplier to send 15 box tiles for the job as all tiles have been used and informed mr abhinav that to complete the job we need tiles immediately . The supplier has refeused to send the tiles and told me to talk to jhonson fellow in this regard.I talked to even regional manager, but nothing happens. To get above mentioned tiles, i have to run fri=om one shop tom another and finally i get it from ranchi and transported it from ranchi shop.This was communicated to all concerns. I have paid rs 20000/ to my mistry without any job aswell as spend around 24 000 rs for tiles which was damaged and distorted
            I am really shocked that even after repeated mail johnson customer care are still sleeping.

              Dear Sir We purchased one bathroom tiles from your dealer ramashraya industries private limited (F-71, Main road, Jagat puri delhi[protected] weeks back with full 100% advance payment .We still trusted your brand since Chinese tiles were even available in the market at a very lower price.But we were surprised to find the tiles in very irregular shape and size even the dealer admitted it Then he filed complaint on customer care but still we did not got any satisfactory answer from the dealer and also from the guy who visited us .Now the dealer making excuses to change the tiles .kindly refund us or change our tiles.Its our mistake we bought from you leaving reputed brands like kajaria infact your tiles are even worse then the Chinese tiles .ALso the such dealer sjould be punished for malpractices in the market Our site address is 302, AGCR Enclave Delhi -110092

                Hi Vikram, This is with regards to my discussion with Jeniffer. I am from Tiruppur (Coimbatore, tamilnadu) where I purchased Johnson bathroom fittings from Sastha Tiles around 6 months back. In a months time, we noticed leakage is few bathroom + Kitchen fititngs and took it to dealer. After regular followup and multiple visits, they finally arranged for someone to visit my home The person who visited our home, removed few fittings and left others as is and promised to replace in a week time. Its been 5 months now but no actions taken yet We did multiple followup but no response yet (our calls are disconnecting or switches of[censored]nprofessionally) We complained back to dealer and multiple Johnson's people in the Coimbatore/Tiruppur area but no actions taken yet After a polite waiting for 5 months, I do not have futher option but to escalate to higher level. I would appreciate your swift action on this regard.

                  We have purchased the Johnson Tiles in Puducherry Sri Raja Traders. The model of the Tile is Crema Athos (SF) Premium of about 35 boxes costing around 744.29 each box. While choosing the above mentioned model the sales person verified and said its availability of one lot and as per his instruction we have ordered the floor tiles along with other tiles also.. like wall tiles and bath tiles and sink for our house at Muthialpet. The order was made on[protected] by paying the amount of advance of Rs. 10000/- by cash. While delivering we have paid the remaining amount of Rs.30, 700/- in cash(so total bill amount was 40700/-). Vide Bill no. B0011467, Dt:[protected]. While fixing the tiles after diping in the water the tiles lay man has complained the shade variation, on further investigation of tiles man why he has laid the tiles when their is difference in shade for the same, he said that the color variation is known by him only after the tiles got dried up. The supervisor of our house informed me and while analysing what can be done? what the solution can we make. After that I made a compliant to Johnson Customer care service on[protected].. and my compliant no. is 78903 and they have instructed me to stop the work.. My father who is looking that has got frustrated and disappointed of the cheating of the tiles company and the Trader who has send different shades as well. As per the compliant made by me to Johnson the supervisor the company has visited our site on[protected] and taken photo of the tiles..Further I have asked him to look after all the boxes why this variation had happened... Otherwise he would not have checked that also even... His name is Imran and his mobile number is [protected].. After that no progress in the compliant again I called up the Johnson customer care number[protected], on[protected]. After the reminder was taken by the customer. Then, I Spoke to Imran but he was rude and saying that there was no change in tiles and batch no.. In the meantime, his manager came in line while I was talking to him... Then, he justified and accepted that there was change in batch, but Imran is contradict so I want to bring it to notice and want a single shade only
