Internet get disconnect very frequently and doesn't come back up for like 2-3 days. We need to contact the support every time this happens and they manually reset the connection to bring them up. We have filed many complaints on their support but the issue is recurring.
Also the speed of the internet is very slow during working hours. We have an 8mbps plan and we hardly get 3-4mbps during peak hours. Was this information helpful? |
