I am calling and mailing Joister Connect Customer care to resolve internet issue from first day of establishment of new connection but they are not responding . If any engineer comes to our place to fix the issue, he simply cut the existing bradband cable and connect it . It works for few minutes and stops working . I fed up calling Joister customer care to give permanant fix for the issue . I have raised tickets with them multiple times .Internet is not working anymore since 21 st Noember 2018. This time Joister team said that they are doing some maintainace activity but till today . If call Joister customer care they will say like it will take one more day to comeplete maintance activity . I do not know why Joister team is troubling us. They do not care /value Customers.I did not experience this kind of response from any other bradband service .
