This is regarding joister customer id:[protected], i was facing regular disconnection of joister service, they even promised a fiber connection which i did not get. So, after several complaints (12 to be exact), they promised to refund me the amount because they could not provide proper service which they promised. Now, its been 2 months i have been followup for the refund and i haven't received any proper response to several phone calls and emails which i sent. I need immediate reply to this complaint.
