Joister Connect — no one giving me proper solution I had called 4 times for internet connection

I had called 4 times for my query related internet not working after recharging no one is giving me proper feedback n resolution..
My internet connection not working at all after recharge also and i am calling joister people continue but each time i call they have a different person and every person says ur internet connection will get started soon and within 5 hrs i had called them several times still there response is nothing and also they are not giving me proper solution.
I am very disappointed
