Joister Connect — not responding to cancellation request and refund status

Joister connect is not responding to cancellation request, cancellation request was made after they were unable to make installation on the specified date.

Have written emails to their customer care id, have got response only once with a standard response. They don't even have courtesy to respond to emails with a
S asked for specific reply. Have been asking for cancellation status and refund since two weeks now.
