I have paid an annual subscription of rs 5899 against joister connection in the month of october 2019. Since i am shifting to a different location i requested them to transfer my connection to my new address but they do not have connectivity in that area therefore i requested for termination and refund of my balance subscription fees. I have written my 1st mail to them on the 5th of december and hence forth made multiple calls to the customer service. Every time i was told i will get a response by the end of the day but no reply came from their end. So i wrote another email on 14th december and again made multiple calls for response from their end. When ever i have called they tell me their team will respond but it has been more then a month and still they are not giving me any concrete response. I feel they are frauds and do not want to refund my subscription although during the time of purchase i was promised the refund if and when i terminated my connection. Was this information helpful? |
