I had lodged a complaint for relocation on 23rd of march 18 had received a reply on 24th march from joister that they will send an engineer for the same, since 25th march 2018 the internet went down and since then no engineer has taken any notice of this have complaint multiple times to joister support but haven't received any reply form their end. And when i go to ratnagiri joister office they say the saff at ratnagiri office are just sales so we don't do technical stuff. So what is it should we just wait till u ppl get educated in technical stuff. I have mailed multiple times for relocation but i get no reply from their end. Customer support ppl just transfer calls from one engineer to other with just one line "sir today itself the problem will get resolved.
I would file a complaint for the same if this is not resolved at the earliest Was this information helpful? |
