Already pre-paid for one year and from last 10 days internet is not working. As usual called customer care numerous times but no use. They were supposed to check and resolve issue but no one from joister checking and they never came to my house to check router also. This is very pathetic and bad service where customer care guys have no idea what they are working for. Was this information helpful? |
