Joister Infoserve Pvt Ltd — money taken but internet service not provided

I have renewed my yearly plan just few days back. My net is not working since last 15 days. I have raised so many complains but no engineer has cone to resolve the issue. I went to their office in my area they say that joister has closed from our area so now we have some company name mach1. They said your account is not renewed as per our records. So if you have renewed your account via joister drop mail for refund and renew with us. I have dropped mail for refund since last 15 days but no response. When we call joister’s helpline number they say you will receive reply till eod. This is going on since last 15 days and i am fed up now. They don’t even provide with accounts email id as well. Please help me get my refund.
