Complaint : I had renewed my internet service on 11/07/2018 for 1 year unlimited 5mb plan of 2969.53₹ from Joister connect company(www.joisterconnect.com) One day I am facing internet issue on 6/10/18 and after log the complaint they had taken 6 days to find out the issue for why my internet not working and after 8th day they have inform me it's your internet cable faulty, that have to change, and you have to get charges for cable rewiring and the price is 20₹ per metere of cable, first of all why should I pay for cable rewiring it's your duty, you are providing the service to us from your router end to our home router, so you've to check and maintain your cable time to time and how do I know which quality cable you are using, you can give us third category cable (nalla) quality, and after cable is damaged which is not from our end you are charging from us. if something had happened from our end then we can ready to pay but if nothing has happened from our end then why do we pay. And when I am mailed him, I don't want to continue your service please deactivate my account and refund me, they has replied, we can not refund you. I am shocked, it's a direct cheat, you are not providing proper service to customers and if customers want refund you are not refunding. I has checked online there are to many complaints against this company no one is taking action against him. Dear jagograhakjago team, I am requesting you to kindly take strict action right now on this company and help us to get justice.
