We have taken Internet connection from Joister Connect on 27th May 2020 and it has been down frequently every week and for the last 3 days i have been visiting their Nerul East and West Branch Office, they are not able to solve the problem and keep making excuses that they will fix it . I have the connection for more than over a year and still no personnel...

Complaint : I had renewed my internet service on 11/07/2018 for 1 year unlimited 5mb plan of 2969.53₹ from Joister connect company(www.joisterconnect.com) One day I am facing internet issue on 6/10/18 and after log the complaint they had taken 6 days to find out the issue for why my internet not working and after 8th day they have inform me it's your internet cable faulty, that have to change, and you have to get charges for cable rewiring...

On dec 30th 2018, i paid joister a sum of approx. Rs16000 for their yearly subscription.

I was given assurance that the internet will start by the 6th of january 2018

The cheque got cleared but no one has come for any installation to date. They give various excuses of the local operator not allowing them.

Sometimes they say that the installation is scheduled but no one turns up.
