Jomso.com — Money not refunded | |||||
This is the worst online shopping website i had ever purchased. Order number: [protected] Order amount: rs.1590 I ordered a saree of rs.1590in jomso.com . The product got delivered on But the saree was of cheap quality. I had to return the saree back. They dont even have door pick up for returns. As per jomso's terms and conditions, i self shipped the product from bangalore to to surat, gujarat through FEDEX courier spending rs.270 . Also i sent a mail to jomso with the bank account details. They are not ready to refund the money back to my bank account number. They customer service wont answer the call, by chance even if they pick up they are rude n scolding.
