I ordered a saree and even after enquiry several times and was assured about the material it is not the material I was told about. More over it is not same colour and when I called the customer care they asked me to send OTP which I was not comfortable to share with them, the customer care executive started misbehaving and challenging that I should go and report where ever, no refund will be made . This is ridiculously unprofessional attitude and approach. Please pick your product and refund the money .thank you. Was this information helpful? |
