Joodeal.com sarisansar.com jook deal dwarka sari bhandar are fraud websites. They have registered address of ab-442/ sitaram society, near archana school, parvat patiya road, surat, gujarat. They promote various women products through facebook and their shell company websites but deliver wrong or cheaper item. Their website have no return back options. They do not reply to their emails. The phone nos shown on their website are not working or switched off permanently. These sites are created to fool customers. They are working with ekart logistics to deliver parcel. Ekart is flipcart bangalore co. They are also engaged in this cheating.

I have ordered a saree from this website. The product is of low worth and doesn't match the product on the website at all. The customer support number [protected] answers the call and if you state that you want to return, he will just cut your call. When you keep on trying, he answers the call. For initiating the refund process, he asks for PAYTM or Gpay or bank details in depth. He then sends you a message and ask you to forward that message to a number he provides.

I'm sure they don't refund money back. There are people including women who is in charge for calling the customer and asking for confirmation. They should ashamed to commit such fraud and play with peoples money.
MIND them. Money earned through fraudulent activities can never stay with them throughout. They are just enjoying others money without providing the right product!

People be cautious before you purchase any product from any website. Check for all the information before your money walks out of your pocket!!!

I ordered a saree from joodeal through whatsapp and now when the saree was delivered its completely different from that of the original picture shown.
Now when i'm complaining about it all the numbers are switched off and yge mail id is incorrect.
It is unauthenticated website. They are just earning money from it.
Please don't buy anything from here.

I ordered one dress online for Rs1499 and paid online there itself but when i received the product it was so cheap and third class damaged. I wanted to return the product but now they have changed the phone number in their website as well as in watsapp. Tried to drop a mail but that mail id does not exist which is displayed in their website. Today I got the another number and they are taking the orders but when I requested to return my product they stopped responding. Numbers are [protected] and [protected]. I Ordered a Silk Saree from Joodeal site for amount 1399 with credit card. The Item I got was different from which actually ordered and is of Low quality polyester type. I Tried their customer care number but it was switched off. I also tried on their mail id but it also not functioning. Please help me to solve my issue.

i ordered a saree from joodeal and amount 1399 paid by credit card on 31.05.2019 and got the consignment (id jd[protected]on 06.06.2019. The product is different from the colour which i ordered and quality is also not good.
I tried to complain on their mail id but its not active also tried their customer care but the number is switched off.

Sir, i have purchased one saree from the joodeal through online on 08/05/2019 at the rate of rs. One thousand five hundred and fifty only. I was shocked after open the delivery cover because it was wrong product which i was not select the order. Being an advocate, i was humiliated, insulted and totally cheated by joodeal company. My submission is kindly taken back your wrong product and get back my money immediately to receive this notice.

I have placed order on joodeal site on 5th march and got the parcel on 11th march, i got wrong order, the saree i have selected was of golden background with pink flowers and they delivered pink saree. Which i have returned on 12th march with image of saree receive and a note that i have couriered them the saree. Today is 22nd march, it's almost 10 days+ and i have not received any response from them. Very disappointed with their service and response level.

I need my 1800 rs back. I have shared back details and ifsc code as well to transfer this amount online.

I have received below product from joodeal online shopping but it is defected piece as border is shading with black patches. Order awb no :-[protected].

Researched to get refund request page on website as per terms as they will be refunding to debit card back but couldn't find it. Finally found customer care # via google search [protected] but person is asking for non-disclosure details like debit card number, expiry date etc, when i questioned back - he disconnect the call.

I have ordered the product on 8th march. The saree which i recieve was the wrong product. I purchased it for 1550rs. The one i recieve was of cheap quality. My ordered was cash on delivery. There is no option for the return policy. I have sent the complaint as email to [protected]@joodeal.com. There is still no responses.

Kindly help me in returning the money and reversing the product.

I want to return my order jd[protected], a soft silk saree which i have purchased for 1500 today on 9th march, 2019. As the colour and quality of the product is not as expected, i am raising the return request online on the same day (9th march, 2019) of receiving the product on website and also email on [protected]@joodeal.com.

Saree is not same to the purchased saree so i m not satisfy. I want to return this with fully refund. Stuff, colour is looking like third class plz return this saree i cant afort this third class saree i think your products are very bed and not for use products are not same which has been seen on the side colours and material of saree are not same plz return it

The website is a completely fradulent website. My mother order a Saree that cost 1550 Rs but it looks extremely cheap (actual cost should be around 200 rs) and does not look anything like the product advertised on the website. I have sent them multiple emails on their support email address but no one ever responds.They do not have any phone number for their helpline. I have seen multiple people complain against them. Please help us get our money back as they seem to be scamming people. We are willing to take legal action against them and file police complaints.

The saree which i purchased from joodeal.com of rs.1550/-is not of a good quality as shown in the pic. Now i want to return it but they are not responding either on whattsapp or on its site. I ordered a soft silk saree from joodeal sarees with code no cd383
I saw the advertisement in face book and ordered for cod
I received the parcel and paid rs 1550. The saree was not soft silk but some cheap polyester material with no jari
I contacted the joodeal by mail. But no reply. I contacted through one phone no
[protected]. And[protected]. He says saree can be returned but i have to give my atm no and the date of expiry. This site is a fraud and should be sacked and banned from on line sales

I ordered a saree and even after enquiry several times and was assured about the material it is not the material I was told about. More over it is not same colour and when I called the customer care they asked me to send OTP which I was not comfortable to share with them, the customer care executive started misbehaving and challenging that I should go and report where ever, no refund will be made . This is ridiculously unprofessional attitude and approach. Please pick your product and refund the money .thank you.

I already approached cyber cell and police.I have to get my money back.such a stupid site.here by I am submitting the memo received by police station.we also seen many of them being cheated by the same company.then also there is no action taken towards joodeal company.pls take further action against the stupid company

I called customer care and after a long try they picked my call and asking for my debit card details to refund my money. Please dont belive this web site they are just cheating customers and making money. When i told i will file a complaint that executive told u will never receive your refund. I want my refund back. This is mohan from bangalore. On 27th october 2018 (Saturday) my wife wanted to return a product (Saree) purchased from joodeal.com website as the product was not of good quality (Rs.1550-00). A person by name sanjay srivatsav (May be real name or not - not known) was available on the customer care helpline number [protected] & [protected] and he asked for the a/c number of my wife which she has not given. Later he convinced her and collected the debit card number of axis bank and within few minutes he has taken away full balance amount of rs.86777-00 from her account (In 3 transactions of rs.50000-00, rs.35000-00 & rs.1777-00).
In this regard we have lodged police complaint with cyber crime and fir has been raised by the police.
Our efforts are on to get back our money but it is a sincere request to all citizens of india to not to use this fraud website of joodeal.
This person, sanjay srivatsav is a very cunning & fraud person and very tactfully collects the card or account information from the customers.
In case anyone has information about this person, kindly call me on my number.
