Josh India — Product returned haven't received refund it is been 6 months

I have ordered a lehnga reading the terms and conditions where return and refund option is available. But when I returned they have promised me when they receive package back will give refund within 7 days. Its been 6 months inspire of many calls and messages and emails there is no response
