I have ordered a saree with Order no[protected] on May 1 2021.. I have received confirmation mail but when I checked for tracking but I am not finding any details.. please help to check and respond.. either refund money or provide the ordered product...

I have ordered a lehnga reading the terms and conditions where return and refund option is available. But when I returned they have promised me when they receive package back will give refund within 7 days. Its been 6 months inspire of many calls and messages and emails there is no response

I had ordered the product that is lehanga from joshindia and in two days I returned the product on my own expense but they have not issued any refund till now and are saying they will refund my money on 7th May 2021. In their policy it is written that they issue refund within 7 working days.

I ordered one lehenga 13 days back they have written in their policy that they will provide refund within 2 days but till now i haven't received my money back

I ordered a doll on josh India 3 weeks ago, I still have not received any shipping idea, everytime I mail them it says we ourselves haven't received the ID.
This seems extremely fishy because any platform would provide the customer with tracking ID.
Please help get my product or get my refund.

I have ordered in Joshclothers.com for 900 rupees and they mentioned order confirmed.
After with there is no response from there end. Now the web portal is not accessible. Not able to track them.

On 20th Dec'2020 I had ordered 2 sweatshirts & one T-Shirt from Josh Clothes for Rs.598 on Buy 2 get 1 free. I got a confirmation sms from them after payment.
But after that one week had passed but no updates about the shipment.

I have ordered (ORDER #12683) three clothes from joshclothes.com on 23rd December, 2020 at 10:05 PM. I received two emails "that my order is confirmed and it is on the way". On 25th December, 2020 when I clicked to check the status of my order, its site is not available. The name of contact person was Given Ketan Shah. His email id was [protected]@gmail.com...Now there is no shipment details available to track the courier..

Had made a purchase from JoshColthes website for Rs. 598 the payment was done through my gpay which was successful, but I did not get any conformation from the other end regarding the order, contacted them through their website but no response... quick action this shopping site

I have purchased 3 t- shirts from josh clothing after paying rs 598/- 4 days ago but still i hvn't received any information regarding shipment.
Not even received any msg of order placement. i have only one msg of razorpay for amount deduction.

I came across Josh Clothes from an advertisement on Facebook. I believed Josh clothes must be genuine since it's advertised on Facebook. Please take up this complaint for cheating many people who have made purchases from this company.

There email id was not responding and yesterday I found even the website was missing. I feet they have duped me of Rs 599. Kindly address my complaint. I needed refund and damages from the concerned fraudsters.
