I bought lehenga of 2500 rs in Jan 2021 and the quality was not good so i returned it back.and also send mail them to initiate refund. But instead they initiated exchange process .I contacted them to initiate refund so since Jan month they are giving excuses that transaction not happening and just giving me the date when refund will come.Till now, only they are saying that on this date you get refund for sure.But till now no amount is credited.order id is[protected] Was this information helpful? |
