I was told to do extra shipping payment for this order and I did through PayPal(attached transaction) but I was told by Josh India that they have not received the payment so the payment will be transferred back to my account(attached WhatsApp correspondence) and told me to pay through western union which I did (attached receipt) to Nirav Valani (+91 [protected]).When I raised issue with PayPal and they saying they have contacted merchant and they already got money(I am waiting for their statement.).So I was made to do double payment deliberately and now I want my payment done through PayPal to be refunded to me.Josh India is not only defaming India name but all of the Indians across the globe. My trust has been broken for all the online Indian outfits sold online from India. Please I will appreciate your assistance in getting my hard earned money returned to me.

I had ordered 2 lehengas from joshindia on 13th of November. They i got a call form joshindia and he was asking for advance payment for the order and after only my order will ship. I paid 200 rupees for advance then i got another call from them and they told me that my order will ship and will reach you under 7 days. BUT IT IS NOT SHIPPED YET! and they are not responding to any of my calls and messages.

I placed an order from JoshIndia on 8th November, paid advance of 200/- still no updates on order, they are not picking up the phone. Absolutely scam. I want my money back IMMEDIATELY.

I bought lehenga of 2500 rs in Jan 2021 and the quality was not good so i returned it back.and also send mail them to initiate refund. But instead they initiated exchange process .I contacted them to initiate refund so since Jan month they are giving excuses that transaction not happening and just giving me the date when refund will come.Till now, only they are saying that on this date you get refund for sure.But till now no amount is credited.order id is[protected]

Order id[protected]. I am Diksha Yadav .I ordered two lehengas from Joshindia, an online retail website, for ₹4000 and I didn't find them up to the mark so I returned them through a courier. The package was delivered to the company on 4th February, 2017 and they promised to return the amount within 7 days. Now it's been more than 15 days and they are neither refunding my money nor receiving any calls.
