I am ritunjay agarwal having 5 pc system data entry work agreement with the company josoft technology. They have taken a mount of 56000 in there account by neft, according to there company policy if customer is not satisfied with the work he can directly ask for the refund, and the company executive also told the this but now they are not reply threw mail, and when every i mail then they said you have to summit ed your work and take another slot, or contact to director but no concern person is replying we already told them to cancel the agreement and refund the money according to there agreement by deducting of 5%, if i not got the my harder money back i am gonna file a legal case on you... Verified Support Mar 15, 2019 Josoft Technologies Customer Care's response Hello sir, As per our records you have taken 3 pc image to doc typing project not 5 pc data entry work. Also, You were provided with extension and still you were unable to complete the given work and you were still demanding for more extension which was beyond work scope and when you were not provided with further extension you decided not to do the work and started demanding for the refund which is highly unprofessional. You have singed agreement that means you were to abide the terms and conditions mentioned in the agreement. You have only taken live work once you were fully satisfied with the demo and training provided. As per the agreement signed refund clause is invalid. If you Still have any confusion regarding refund clause you can go through the agreement again as we are only following what is mentioned in the agreement. Let us know if we are going wrong as per agreement. Also, it is requested you not to misguide people citing insufficient and incorrect information and blaming the company for the mistakes not committed at our end. You cannot cancel the agreement without any valid reason.
