I am seriously not able to understand your work report, every time you say it. Your quality report is not qualified below 60% No Payment. you are taking our valuable time and energy working on it. your company is totally spamming us damn seriously.

For any time you people say the same thing that our files are below 60%. Only one message for the last couple of months.

You also take our money for security deposit initially, we are foolish persons all the time from your end.

You people thinking as a slave and free working people for your organization.

I had signed a project (JPEG TO word document converting) from Josoft Technologies for which they cost me Rs. 18000.(in March 2020)

When I submitted my project they told me that my project had been rejected in quality checking.
So neither they are paying me for project nor they are refunding my money.

I am jitendra singh having 3 pc system data entry work agreement with the company josoft technology. According to whole slot data i have worked on 750 pages.in 750 there is 40 pages having low accuracy. They have check data and they providing me quality report on basis of low accuracy pages. But i have worked on 95% data excellently. They have check all data but they are proving quality report only for low accuracy pages i have worked above than 700 pages with excellent accuracy only 5 % pages are having accuracy below than 70% but they are not properly responding in this matter. I have also deposit to company a amount of 53100 rs as the security amount. And invest a big amount on the project

Jpeg to word conversion project we take from josoft technologies the give some terms and conditions and we complete the project with in the dead line time and we submit the project on time and the said that they will send the qc report with in 7 days but they are failed to send the qc report in 7 days on 8th day we send a mail for asking about the qc report to director (Rana) and manager (Rohit) and support department but they dont reply for our mail and our director call to the manager (Rohit) they do not pick the call we are continuously make a call to rohit but the number is busy one day he pick our call and we ask about the qc report and rohit say that tomorrow i will tell them to send the qc report after 10 day we got the qc report in that report your accuracy is below 70 percentage so we can make payment we checked the qc report they didn't check all pages they check files randomly about 5 to 10 file and that the find those mistakes and they send to us we asked for full projects qc report after 20 days that means today they send the another qc report again they check only 20 to 30 files but we type 760 pages in this mail also they are saying that so many spelling mistakes so we cant pay for your work and we said that ok give me the grace time to rework the file and give you the 90 percent qc report but they refused to give rework from the above story we finally know that they are totally fraud # and rascals they all cheat the peoples who are taking the project from josoft tech dont believe the fraud guys they are doing crime with legal documentation with help of qc report so dont believe them

Dear friends, i was signup with 5 pc health insurance project with josoft technologies in year 2016 by the name of amulya upadhyay.
They are running fake process please don't invest money for any process because you cannot achieve 99% accuracy at any cost.
Friends kitni bhi mehnat karoge fir bhi accuracy nahi aa paegi itna kharab data provide karte hai ye company wale. Images clear nahi rehti.
I was doing the project of 5 pc health insurance by using 12 pcs conected through n computing device with good employees. But kitni bhi mehnat karlo accuracy nahi aa paegi itna kharab data provide karte hai ye sab. Please dont invest money they are running fake process.

We directors of new entities under the startup of india project state as under:-

1. We be (Mech.) graduate
2. We are from middle class family.
3. We took laon from relatives and friends parents. Our mother is self employed and she also helped us for our startup unit.
4. 5. The said company having two directors
Shyam prakash –din no.0639204 and jeetendra rana kumar-din no.06439301. They also having other company viz. Jdsr consumable & auto finance pvt. Ltd, registration no. U74120up2015ptco71204 and global technology & outsourcing pvt ltd.

6. Whereas startup forschritte infotech pvt ltd, f3a, d wing, udgog bhavan, addl. Ambernath midc, dist. Thane, mh-421506 had taken project from josoft for 20 pc with fees for one year assignment of rs.300000/- lacs plus rs.54000/- towards gst. The project was completed within 20 days time frame and bill of rs.900000/- was duly raised on josoft technology on 08.03.2018. Josoft technologies pvt ltd delayed payment and at last movement asked us to deposit a cheque of rs.4.5 lacs, which is return unpaid. Now, josoft arguing on the pretext that the data submitted to them was not as per terms & condition of agreement. The data which was forwarded to them is 100% corrected and duly checked by our qc team the have

7. On verification of the fact on google, it is revealed that josoft technologies pvt ltd is fraud company and cheated us as under:-

1. Refusal to pay rs.9 lacs towards job contract
2. Refusal to pay rs.3.54 lacs towards fees charged by them after refusing work
3. Gst amount collected from us but not paid to the govt.
4. Cheque given to us returned unpaid.
5. Investment made as per their requirement of rs.15 lacs has gone in vein.
6. Job was created for 27 employees. We have paid ideal salary for three months.

8. Sir, josoft technologies pvt ltd, global technology & outsourcing pvt ltd. Is fraud company. It is seen from the complaints submitted by various individual and organization that these company had cheated several individuals & us.
9. Sir, the above company routed their earning through jdsr consumable & auto finance pvt. Ltd.
10. Sir, all data outsourcing companies are cheating to the small vendors. We have no proper set up to check the activities of such organization result in cheating and fraud of lac of rupees.
11. You are requested to initiate appropriate enquiry into the fraud and give justice to all small vendors. Sir, such fraud and cheating is going on all over india. The registration of these companies after due verification needs to be cancelled and these directors has to be booked under appropriate law.

Story started with a project of so called 5 pc health insurance project after charging 88500 RS.
We hired expert agents for this purpose and delivered 99.5% accurate data which their team denied saying it is 70% accurate and denied to pay money.
after so many arguments they put it under technical support to review.

Scenario is, No one picks call from technical support. You can call so many times and they will not answer, even after call is on waiting.
and if by chance they pick the call, they will treat you like slaves.

saying "Can't you wait for sometime while I am busy!!"

Sir/Mam, are we customers or slaves?

They are bunch of crooks, beware of them.
they will not pay money in hidden excuse of inaccuracy as they will not tell the key part of fraud.

Josoft technologies pvt. Ltd is bragging with an iso 9001:2008 certification and proving in their offers that they are breaking the iso 9001 rules and acting like each other scammer too.

By taking a look at the project 5 pc health insurance project. Pdf and 10 pc health insurance project. Pdf is the same law situation. The companies in europe and usa are even not allowed by law to provide you with such a kind data. The video of the form filling offline data entry typing project shows that the image is written in an ocr character set. There are ocr readers for less than $1000 and software for less than $500 on the market available, which are able to convert such images into text with a accuracy of 98% and faster than you can type. Why client shall pay you for manual work in such a case?

I have already complaint against josoft. Please refund my money.

I am reshma from kerala. After losing rs. 17700, i realized their trick. Its like this. After taking your money and signing a notarized contract, they will give you a near-impossible task. After a month of hard work and spending almost 10 hours a day daily for 22 days, they find some silly mistakes (Missing a line, some minor spelling mistakes) and will not pay a single paisa. If 100 people pay 17700, and they reject 90 of them for small reasons, the money they make is 15 lakh rupees!! Just to keep the trust factor, they will pay a few people. Biggest frauds. Do not get trapped. I lost my money, but will make sure these frauds are exposed through all social media. Planning to file a complaint to company registrar too.

According to a complain we held investigation, we found this company is doing fraud project delivering and make illegal documents. Interpol going to start a international level investigation against to mr. Jk rana and josoft technologies pvt ltd.

I am sahil from ranchi. I got an agreement of 1 pc jpg to doc project by josoft technologies of rs 17250/-. Their condition of cutooff was not fair. Anyway i did 3 works for them. Given all the live work from them is not visible clearly. I did all my job with great hard work. Omg, and their qc report such a crap. Who make this nonsense all the time qc report is wrong. I called all the 3 time and i count their mistake and they accept their mistake.in the agreement time mension for qc report is 7 days but time is taken by them at least 14 days. The time limitation is only for us but not for them.in the agreement the sentence "spelling error change of meaning" is not understanding by anyone. They give work of 250-270 pages, for any person 12 mistake is normal. If we did 12 spelling wrong of below 70% then their is no payment and no rework made by them. I have done only 12 mistakes but i didn't get my payment. This company is not paying properly after doing losts of hard work. I can prove all my statement which i have been mention above for this i am giving attachment below.

This is mohammed meeran from chennai and i have taken this health insurance form filling project of 5pc in my organization named medaccess info solutions and first of all i like to thank all josoft people for the support extended and i can assure you guys that this project was genuine and not bogus,

But achieving the quality criteria of josoft is little tough since u have to achieve more than 99% in order to receive full payment and i even got extension to submit my work since i received project on saturday evening which is after the business hours of my office and most of my employees were out of station since they have already planned n left chennai and am thankful for josoft since they reconsidered this and extended time,

We worked hard in this project day and night to complete it before the tat time and when we are consolidating the work from every pc to send the project to josoft one of the pc software has crashed and not able to get any technical help since it was sunday evening and i tried to explain this to josoft people but it all fall in their deaf ears since tat has been over for this project,

I have invested huge money in this process by paying a hefty amount o[censored]pfront to take this project and taking an office space in prime location and buying computers and other technical components and recruiting right employees for this project considering the long run with josoft but it all crashed with no mistake of mine,

Now i request to josoft to reconsider all this and give me one last chance by providing project one more time to prove myself n i don't need any money for the project we toiled now since tat is over, my only request is to just provide me project one more time,

I am athira g from kerala, i got an agreement of 1 pc doc project by giving rs.17250 to them. After the payment the send me the leagal agreement of full of traps. The image file which they are providing is even not clear to understand. Their condition of cutoff was not fair.
Anyway i did two works for them both work was below 70%. They are not ready to give us an extension of atleast 1day to complete the work.in the agreement their requirment days of give qc report against our work is 7 days. But they took 9 days to find my 30% mistakes of my second work. So friends... Please dont took any work from them. They will deal with you very nicely untill they got their payment. After that they are strict on their agreement (They can be flexible). So dont be fool.

This is rizwan from bharuch. I came into agreement for the 1 pc jpeg to doc project, i paid rs.10000/- by online bank transfer and rs.7250/- by cheque as security deposit. It was my goodness that i have cancelled my agreement before starting of work due to some reasons. But still they have not refunded my money back. By calling on their customer support number on +[protected] they are telling that they have escalated my issue to their manager and director. I asked them to get the status of my refund then they said they can't do anything. How disgusting!!! Fraud!!! Don't work with them.
