Jovial Mart — Non delivery of 10 number of led bulbs

I am to state that i have booked 10 pieces of led bulbs and the order was conformed on 16.6.2016 at 13.10 pm.. again a message has come on 24.6.2016 saying "the order is on its way and will reach within 7 business days". unfortunately the order is not yet delivered. hence kindly let me know the status of my order and take necessary steps for the delivery
