Dear Madam & Sir,

I bought your Jovial mart.com site four trousers his price is 1050 /- Rs and order no. - AWBI[protected] whose date 02/21/2017 . Color Black, Brown, Cream and khaki. I have got the courier this 4/03/2017 & time 12:00 Pm.
I opened it in front of the delivery man, I check in packet Black, Brown, Blue & Blue trousers found. i see check all trousers carefully black & blue paint chain are not proper close .

So I want it back the courier .please given full process of return the courier immediately.

NO ISSUE YOU CAN SENT THE PRODUCT BACK TO US ONCE THE PRODUCT IS RECEIVED YOUR AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED. COURIER CHARGES HAS TO BE BEAR AT YOUR END.

FOR REFUND PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER, IFSC CODE OF YOUR BANK. ONCE PRODUCT RECEIVED YOU GET REFUND WITHIN 2 DAYS.
