Hello sir i am a facebook user from many many years now and this is the first time i am disappointed with facebook so badly that i am writing this message to you, last month while surfing on face book i saw an add where it was written buy 4 trousers for 1050rs only and i immediately tried to buy that item as it seemed like a good deal to me and after many days when i received the product and i opened it after paying the fixed amount of 1050rsm i was shocked as the product was completely fake it was almost half the size i ordered and the quality of the product was even worse then a cheap cleaning cloth and to my surprise there is no customer care no. etc of the company who sold products like this and no replies to the emails sent, it was a fake company i assume and was working and looting people by the help of facebook as they don't even mention their name etc on the add they just show a plain add and customers like me who trust facebook fell for it and loose their hard earned money, now i feel cheated as i did not get what i was promised or even can not get my money back. I did tried to contact the companies and their customer cares also sent emails to them but no response is given they are actually frauds so i am sending this message to request you to not to promote fraud companies like these who are looting people by facebook and facebook is providing that help to earn some money by those fraud adds, you can google the name of companies and check the landing pages they have thousands of people are complaining about them but there is no way to resolve the complaints or to get the money back please i request you to not to encourage these frauds and scams. for the record my order id was 39711 and was received on[protected], I am also giving here the links of both the sites and details about their directors. http://www.halcyonkart.in/ http://www.jovialmart.com/
