Hyundai Motors India Ltd — service To, MD, Hyundai Motors India Ltd I have booked i20 elite sports (o) on 5-10-15 from JP Hyundai Ranchi. For which I have given my old i10 HYUNDAI CAR FOR EXCHANGE in rs 2, 00, 000 and a advance token money for booking the dealer promised me to deliver the car in next 5 days and they took my old i10 car on[protected] with all original documents. After 7-8 days I went to JP HUNDAI RANCHI for the delivery of my booked car i20 elite sports(o) they told me that they not able to deliver the car in time period they told me that they will delivered the car in next 7 days .but again they refuse to delivered the car and told me that they promise to give the car on DHANTARES .But again on DHANTARES they refuse to give delivery However, I found that the dealer was not intrested to deliver the car then I told the dealer to make me deliver car till diwali or return my booking amount along with my car valued money i.e rs 2, 00, 000 so that I can take car from another dealer .The dealer agreed and said that if they won’t able to delivery the car on DIWALI they will return the booking amount and my old car valued money by cheque or by cash On DIWALI I went to dealer they told me that they will not be able to deliver the car and to take car from any other dealer and promise to refund my money in next 3-4 days. But I did’nt get my money back when I asked the dealer about money of my old car and booking amount they told me that your car has not sold till now so you won’t get the money back .they told me to give 5-7 days more I will return the money but again they refuse .when I asked about the money they directly refuse to give the money back and said that they have taken this car as exchange of new car and they can give only car because they knew that I have purchased new car on Diwali after refusing by them. The dealer told that I will not give cash or cheque as per policy I will give you only car Thereafter I told the dealer Ok if you not giving my money back then give me another car i20 Active TOP MODEL the dealer agreed and again promised me deliverd the car on 12th DECEMBER 2015 but again failed to complete there commitment Thereafter on 13th DECEMBER 2015 two sales person of JP HYUNDAI come to my office and said that my BOSS told me to give back our old car i.e my old i10 car which was valued rs 200000 by JP HUNDAI .I said I will not take back my car after 2 MONTHS i[censored] want to give back my car why did’nt you give me before how should I take back car after 2 months.I have not taken the delivery of my old car. Next morning when I went to my office I found that my old i10 car is parked on office society parking, when I enquired about this society guard told me that yesterday night 2 man came with the car and parked the car over here and told the guard to give the keys to me.Then I called the JP HYUNDAI and asked about this they told me that my BOSS told me to throw the car over there When I said I have not received any papers of my car and keys in my hand and how will you park the car in society parking without my permission and knowledge whereas I have the receiving letter of my car in your letter head.with stamp .They told me that they don’t take the car back and also they don’t give the new car you can do any thing what u want to do. I took pains to point out that what they were doing was illegal and all customers were being duped. This made them more adamant, and their behaviour was to the point of rudeness. Then I complaint to HYUNDAI CUSTOMER CARE and [protected]@hmil.net but no action has been taken till now even not received any phone call from Jharkhand regional office .on[protected] when I called the regional office of Jharkhand they told me that your complain has been closed by the dealer and your car is under hypothecation as per dealer .when I told that my car is not under hypothecation and I have given all the original papers including NOC papers of bank to JP Hyundai ranchi on[protected] and why they are saying this after 2 MONTHS whereas I have written documents of all . I took pains to point out that in regional office Ms.Nalini Prakash is also favouring JP HYUNDAI RANCHI because of the same city and their pesonal relation even they are not ready to listen my complain whenever i call the regional office at ranchi i get transfer call to Ms Nalini Prakash and She never listen my complain and disconnect the phone line .This happens 4 times with me it really upset me that is this the way you treat your customer . I have complained so many times to customer care and [protected]@hmil.net but no action has been taken yet or not recived any response from your side MY COMPLAIN NUMBERS ARE AS FOLLOWS: [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] REFRENCE NO- 1-5EE8PN AND 1-5FMMKC The issue is of commitment/business ethics and cheating by such a big Company and their MD which I never imagined which is not good for the company and its dealership. I regret my decision to deal with HMIL and ignoring the leader MARUTI For the past 10 years I have been a faithful Hyundai customer. But this experience was really awful. After 2 months of mental harassment i have decided to go to Media, Consumer Forum and other rating agencies because I am not getting any response from your side. waiting for reply from your side Regards Rohit Khirwal [protected]
