JSP Honda, Kukatpally — Feedback about worst service @ jsp honda, kukatpally

Hi,

I gave my bike (AP29BS1770) to JSP Honda, Kukatpally, Hyderabad for general service on 19th Nov 2015 Morning and they said it will cost around Rs. 2000 and it includes Rs. 950 of general service. They called me and said it needs head cleaning and clutch plate replacing and the total bill cost me Rs. 5264. I never spent this amount in my last 3+ years o[censored]sage. I don’t know why they need to clean head and said they need to service the head outside and no explanation of what has happened. Though I spent this much amount they didn’t cleaned the bike properly (Water wash ) when I asked about it they asked me to come next day (which is unfair).

Before I given my bike to service here, there is no sound noticed in my bike but now there is lot of noise from chain. When I went back to the service center they are asking me to change the entire chain kit and which will cost around Rs. 2000 and service charges extra. They are advising me to change entire gear kit too and no explanation why I need to change and the answer they tell me is, your bike has just crossed 30000 KM so, you must do it. I don’t know what they are thinking of customers and their experience. To my surprise, the mechanic who came to trail run with me told me he can fix the sound in hour and asked me Rs. 800 to fix. I went to a local bike repair center and enquired and they said, it doesn’t cost Rs. 300 to fix the entire problem. They really cheated me when they came to know that I’m new customer to them.

I used to service my bike at Prathul Honda, Panjagutta, Hyderabad till now and never faced any critical issues. Currently I shifted my home and JSP is the only option for me. I can service my bike outside Honda service centers but only the confidence that I’ve on Honda is leading me to choose Honda Service Centers. I lost that confidence now and I’m really not happy with this and it is disgusting.
