This is with reference to the membership scheme offered by jukaso hotels and resorts.
On 3rd September, 2016, me and my wife were invited by the hotel for their Gurgaon Hotel, wherein they were offering the membership scheme to the guests and there we met mr. Nirbhay Singh who offered various lucrative deals and insisted us to opt for the scheme as that was the last day for the scheme.you have to decide today only
We entered into agreement for membership ( CONTRACT ID 30402 and membership id 108088 with jukaso hotels and made a payment of rs. 60, 000/- for entering into the said agreement.Mr. Nirbhay confirmed that you have cooling period of 10 days to exit from the agreement and can get your amount back and same is written in the clause no. 8 of their membership agreement
I still did not get any Kit from Jukaso.
They sale me membership on name of jukaso journey resort pvt ltd but i saw different name in agreement . I tried to call me many times but he did not respond so next day 4th september i again went there office and i aksed him that company site have different name from your agreement but again he gave me false commitment that i will send mail to IT team to change name on Web site.
We decided to quit from their membership after many follow up. He told me that talk to customer care for cancellation then i sent an application to jukaso hotels for withdrawal of money. We made the application for withdrawal on 12th September, 2016 but did not get any respond.
Mr Nibhay(Mobile NO [protected]) insisted me to avail membership but i told me him that i have alot of other liabilities so can not afford this but he told me that you can pay through credit card and will make easy 2500 EMI without interest fee and processing fee then he asked me to put pin in deduction machine but without confirming me he made 12 month EMI amount of 5212 rs which inclused tax of 4550 and total amount deducted from my card is 64550 . I called him many times to refund the money but he is not responding.
He committed me other false commitment that you will get 100% booking if you book before 7 days but when i asked to costumer care but they answers that he gave you commitment to see membership but we only to take care of bookings.
