[Resolved]  Jukaso Journeys — cancellation of my membership

I was became 3 years membership with very high promises at the price of 45000 however within 10 days I realized this is horrible and all promises are fake. As per contract I have submitted cancellation mail on Jan. 15, 2017 since this cancellation request is within period provided by contract and I did not avail any service I should get complete refund. No action has been taken so far.

Jukaso Journeys Customer Care's response This is in reference to your complaint, we sincerely apologize for all the inconvenience faced by our member because of the same. we would like to inform you that as per the company norms if you want cancel the membership after 10 days amount wil be refund after 90 working days with the deduction 60% amount also mention in agreement singed by you.
