Dear Kavita/Fortune Team,
I am Dipal Patel, membership ID-17206 at the time of contract we got written confirmation from your local
sales office in Pune- Mr. Rakesh Verma to have complimentary free stay with Return Air tickets for 6 nights
and seven days (details attached), accordingly we planned our holiday from 25th August 16 to 31st August 16
and asked Rakesh to Book the same in Month of 26th June 2016 (details attached), but there was no response or
booking details from him till August 22nd 2016.
Then after a long follow up on phone and personal visits, we have been informed that booking of Holidays
from Fortune is not possible duesome technical problem not known to us so we have been forced to do the
bookings on our own as we left with no choice as everything was planned well in advance but somehow we got
verbal and return confirmation from Mr. Rakesh Verma that he will pay (reimburse) all our expenses including
air fair within 10 days on completion of our holiday but still we send him all our booking details and
expenses before start of our Journey for information and action.
Immediately after completion of holiday we submitted all our expenses and bills to Rakesh for reimbursement
but again the same experience of no response then finally with lot of discussions and follow up we got the
Cheque of Rs.63434 from Rakesh of 10th OCt 16 clearing date but to our surprise the cheque bounced till
datebut to our surprise the cheque bounced due to insufficient fund in Rakesh's bank account accordingly we
informed the same to him and asked for the next action plan but again the same story is repeated, that is no
response even he is not picking up the phone so we are forced to write this mail to you.
@ Rakesh: - We need our money back as committed by you or let’s know your stand very clearly or else we will
be forced to take further harder steps.
@ Fortune Team/ Management: - We request you to help us to get our money back also I expect your response on
this matter with in next 2 days or else let me know the procedure to cancel this membership but in any case
we need our 2.5 Lakh returned without any deductions.
