It's very disappointing to say that it's almost 2 and half yrs and i am not even able to avail single service from jukaso which was committed to me during taking the package, it's really defaming the hospitality industry, we as a consumer believe on jukaso and paid 82000. It's not only the matter of money but the trust with these type of industry which gave false commitment and during avail that just making fool of people. Three times i tried to avail my complimentary trip since 2 and half year however every time there was no response from cc as well as behavior of employees is not good for customer. Updated by mannu_raw I didn't get any update till now, could you please take the necessary action regarding. I had paid 82000 through credit card and changed it into EMI which was around 95000. This company is fraud there are so many cases but still its running, could you please update the status of the complaint.

Updated by mannu_raw Require the Refund of my amount, since 2 and half year along with interest and mental torture also provided by these guys. Multiple times I called and mail them up no reply Payal Khanna is the kingpin behaving very rudely with the customer. Please take the necessary action regarding that.
