I am still awaiting refund of 65000/- and getting no response of my emails and telephonic conversation. Its a height of irresponsibility and un professionalism.
I tried to contact on [protected] ( Ms Richa of Jukaso) on 4 th Jan'17 twice but the mobile was not picked by your representative. On 5 th Jan'17 i got an assurance that the refund cheque will be automatically processed on 10th of every month and the cheque will be sent to your address. This was again a false assurance given to me by your representative.
Today i again called on [protected] at 2.06 pm and requested for the refund but i got only answer that the refund will be processed within 90 days but the tentative dates of refund was not provided. Only a Mobile no [protected] of Ms Payal was provided for follow up for the refund . I immediately called the Mobile no of Ms Payal at 2.27 pm but surprise to hear that this voda phone no is out of service.
Its really a matter of concern for me as how the company is making the customer fool and try to grab the money.
These are the facts submitted to the concern authority about the unprofessional attitude towards the customers who innocently deposited the money on false commitment by your representatives.
