[Resolved] Jukaso Journeys — false promise and charged rs. 80,000/- | |||||
This incident happened in jukaso inn, 50, sunder nagar, near delhi zoo, new delhi, delhi 110003. The thing started from a mall, they got a coupon filled from us in a mall. After a day, they called us continuously to take come to their place. When we went there, they offered some holiday schemes for 5 to 25yrs ranging from 1.5 lacs to 10 lacs in indirect ways. After they insisted, i discussed to get the package with andaman tour with complete package of tour and flights, and they falsely promised to provide the same at rs.80, 000/- and within 1 week they registered me to jukaso journey 5years membership and provided me a card and a file having membership certificate. Few days later i just googled and searched the reviews for jukaso jurneys and found only negative & worst reviews of their service. So, i decided to cancel the membership and went to jukaso inn delhi. They said cancellation will not return my money easily and suggested me to take the service and convinced me to continue the same. But at the time of my need they denied to provide the same. Firstly few days they did'nt respond properly, after some days they said to call them 15 days before my plan. I called, but they did'nt respond properly. I called so much time for the same. Then the take away manager guided me to call customer care no.[protected]. When no one responded i emailed to - [protected]@jukasojourneys.com and as usual there was no response. So i replied 2-3 times with anger. After that i got a reply that they don't have any packages for andaman & can't provide the same and i might get my holiday in one of their hotels listed for their rest of locations in india only. After that i talked to those persons which were involved in providing me the package but they misbehaved. The whole scene of providing the membership was done in manner that any one can be trapped. No use of mobiles allowed, a room with loud music. Finally i gave up to let this matter go. But, Now recently i have a call a week before to pay my annual renewal. Which reminded me that incident again. So i decided to write a complaint. Sharing some details as follows- Date of registration - 28/01/2017 Paid - 80, 000/- for 5 years membership.
