I am not satisfied with the given plans by mr. Shoib khan and mr. Sunil.
While taking membership program, he promised us to provide the complete dubai trip excluding lunch facility only after asking 4-5 times confirmations.
He told me worth rupees 30, 000 inr will be provided to us and below facilities will be provided:
1. Room in palm atlantic resort.
2. Breakfast and dinner
3. 4 water sports.
4. 1 day to desert safari.
5. Sight seeing for 3 days.
6. Visa fees.
He told us that we have to pay for lunch only as it will a sponsered trip.
Along with the package following things will also be provided:
1. Ccd vouchers
2. 1 year gold/3d gym membership
3. Movie vouchers every month.
4. 10% discount on domestic flights for 5 years.
5. Partner card will be provided.
I got my kit few days back and recieved 1 card only. When i called him for clarifications he is not picking up my calls from last 1 month. When i asked him to book the hotel room and flight tickets, then he told me that shared hotel will not be provided and no facilities will be given to us. He denies for all the commitments.
I called mr. Sunil on sunday at 4pm and i asked if he is available in office or not, he told me that our saturdays and sundays are weekly off. When i reached the venue all were there.
Please tell me whether they do such kind of things everyday to fool customer or is there any policy of jukaso to do the same with members?
How can customer make trust on such kind of people?
This is totally wrong.
While depositing advance amount transaction, he promised us to provide all above mentioned items. Now he is not even entertaining the my problems.
Please do the needful as this behavior and working attitude is not good while dealing with customer.
Please sort the matter and take strict action for the same.
