I have booked holiday package 2n/3d for rs. 50, 000/- but i have paid only rs. 5000/- dated 30th october 2017 at pune, hotel shiv sagar. The representative & manager of jukaso journey's mr. Patil, and also they said if you want cancel this you will get return immediately full amount. So within 3 days i have sent mail of cancellation to [protected]@jukasojourneys.com dated 3rd nov. 2017... Till today i didnot received any reply nor my refund

I humbly request to jukaso look into this matter and refund rs. 5000/-

I have mailed to [protected]@jukasojourneys.com dt. 03/11/2017. within 3 days. Till today I have not received any reply from Jukaso and also not refund my Rs. 5000/-

I humbly request to Jukaso look into this matter and refund my money
