I am a member of your organisation since last one & half year. My membership detail is as follows:

I have booked one studio apartment from 02/05/2017 to 04/05/2017 at nainital (Uttrakhand) for this booking they have charged me rs.5000/- which was remitted by me through neft on 29/04/2017. They have not submitted booking voucher but they assured me it will be provided on spot and i should proceeded for nainital on 01/05/2017 with my family. But after reaching there i came to know that there was no booking & no reservation in my name i immediately contacted to the staff of jukaso co. They did not replied properly and after wide discussion they make a temporary arrangement of one room at hotel vikrant which was very low standard hotel the room which aloted to us was not more then for rs.1000/-.in this connection i would like to inform you that my husband is a chief manager and my family keeps good reputation in the society, but due to your this unprofessional behaviour i faced a lot of mental disturbance and suffered financial loss of my money for rs.25000/- to 30000/- as well as precious time of my and my husband not only this my children have to bunk school. I ask you that who is responsible for this loss and who will compensate this loss.
In this connection i informed you that there are 3 members of your staff who cheated me 1. Ms. Pooja who called me first time on 03/04/2017 and 2. Ms. Mamta, & 3. Mr. Hemant pandey they all have made at least 72 calls from 3/04/2017 to 03/05/2017 in my mobile.
Sir, this is an organised cheating by the employees of the jukaso journey. So i request you that you should take necessary action against erring staff and reimburse my expenses.
