I purchased the membership fom jukaso in jan 2017. Soon within 2 days i realized that i have been mis-sold, so i requested for the cancellation. As per their policy the refund of membership fee should be done within 3 months of cancellation but till date which is almost 2 years now, despite making multiple calls and emails, i have not received any.
I have been called multiple times from the company to reconsider my decision on cancellation as they tell upfront that this is the only way i can use my hard earned money. I have refused this offer as i want my money back
These people are doing some fraud. They cal the families for a lucky draw, force people to buy policy by misselling and then never refundbback the money.
