Hi.. I enrolled for their jakaso journeys membership of five years on 6.1.18. Till date i have not received any discount vouchers as promised.. Twice i was refused for vacations... Reason non availability of rooms... The team members are highly insupportive... I have noy used their service even once... Request the senior members of the company to pl. Refund the paid amount... N the amount should be returned with no deductions because it's denial of service
