[Resolved] Jukaso Journeys — misleading, not responding, fraud, not refunding the money even after commitment | |||||
I am again re posting my previous complain against jukaso journey, because i don't know how but the authority marked my complain got resolved but it still doesn't. Jukaso jurneys is only beating around the bush but they are not giving the proper solution. I need my money please help me getting it back. Hi! In the month of december 2016 i received an invitation from jukaso journeys mentioning that they have some good option and package for tour and travels. I along with my wife decided to visit the place so we did, after hearing the plan we decided to buy a plan of 10 years which cost us 107000, but they had debited 115000 from my credit card, i asked for the explanation so mr. Ashwin (Senior sales executive, [protected], [protected]) informed us that this is a part of tax component and they will refund the amount in my account next day. So i started following up with them for the same but they have stopped responding me, then i decided to cancel the package and after 3rd day i put a mail for cancellation but again they didn't respond to my mail as well. I went there again and met mrs payal khanna (Hr, [protected]) and narrated her whole story, she convinced me that she will refund my money with in 3 months, i asked her the last probability date so she confirmed last week of may 2017, i said ok. Again from mid of may i have started doing follow up, i put several mail to them, i mad more that 100+ phone calls, i tried to contact every responsible person of the company including md mr. Rakesh karla but every one of them turn around their faces, no one has responded, blocked my no., no revert of mail. Again i decided to visit the place where i got an opportunity to met mrs payal again, but she denied to her responsibility, started yelling at me as if i was asking her money and left the conversation in between. Now i am clueless how will get my money back. I have the record of every conversation (Telephonic, watsapp, mail) i have made with them. True, its happening with everyone...after certain time they show complaint resolved...although complaint persists, even this platform is not bothered to see what is happening, they just want traffic on it,
