Dear sir/mam,

With reference to the above subject i had purchased a crimson mini membership plan jhp - 10years orange travel plan (For rs.125000.00 (One lacs twenty five thousand only) by jrpl on 08th september 2018 (Details mentioned below).

I had raised a cancellation request on 10th september 2018 and i received their reply as :

Ticket received - withdraw of agreement for contract id:135388 - reference # 1021466

Now it has passed 134 day or 4 and half months i haven't receive any response and even after requesting them still got not response.

When i contacted them on the given customer care no. Their representative told me that they have refunded the money. So i asked them to share the details with me of the refund then they told me that i shall receive the details within 24 hrs.

Now they are not picking up the calls also.

And i haven't received any refund from them
