Jukaso Journeys — Not Refunding money

We were called by Jukaso representatives and were lured to opt for their holiday club membership. They gave us free vouchers as well which we have not used till date. we have been enrolled for Rs. 35000 membership for 5 years. whenever we are asking for hotel/ resort booking, all the time their reply is currently hotel is booked, tried this so many times.
