[Resolved] Jukaso Journeys — payment not received | |||
Hi, I have received so many calls from the company and finally I said yes ti visit the corporate office on Mehruali Road, Gurgaon. Afterwards the Employees Chandni and Zafar sold me a membership for 5 years and I made a down-payment of Rs.20, 000 on December 10, 2017. After couple of days I heard so many bad things about the company and asked Zafar to cancel the membership he asked me call back and never did. Afterwards I called him so many times finally on 20th He picked my call and asked me to write an e-mail for the cancellation . I did the same on December 20, 2017. From that day till now I'm trying to get my refund and now they told me that I'm not under the cancellation policy as I've requested the cancellation on December 20 after 10 days and I've to cancel it within 10 days but I've tried to make so many contacts but the employees of the company were not ready to help me. How am I supposed to know that I should have cancelled it within 10 days no-one told me about this at the time of registration. That time they told me that I can cancel it anytime.
