[Resolved] Jukaso Journeys — refund of my trip amount | |
I am with jukaso journeys for last more than one year. My details are as under: Name: avinash sharma Contract id: 85913 Membership: 134021 I am writing with much anguish and pain. My relationship with jukaso has not been pleasant. At the time of enrolment i was assured of good services which turned out be absolutely false. I have a list of complaints: 1) i was told that interest on my emis that i paid as membership charges (Rs 200, 000) will be refunded. I wrote regarding this many times to the company but to no avail. Everytime, a ticket number is generated and i get a reply that i will be contacted shortly. My request was made vide ticket number 1002545 in november/december, 2017. Another ticket 1008141 was created in feb 2018 for the same. Nothing has been done so far. 2) it has been a terrible response from the company over last 1 to 1 ½ months. I contacted the company regarding a trip to leh. I received a call from miss payal khanna regarding this. I was asked to pay some money (Rs 200, 000 on 22 june 2018), which i paid instantly. Then on repeated occasions, i was made to pay money (Rs 50, 000 on 25 june 2018; rs 47, 000 on 27 june 2018; rs 33, 000 on 29 june, 2018; and rs 60, 000 on 8 july 2018). I was in touch with payal khanna regarding this. I made all the payments within no time as asked by payal. I paid rupees 60, 000 for a booking in hotel grand dragon. However, there was no room booked there when i reached. I had to face so much hassles at ladakh due to this mismanagement. I was not even informed in time regarding non-booking at this hotel. I requested that my amount may be refunded at the earliest. I already requested payal to get his done but she is not responding at all. Multiple times i have written to the company but to no avail. Everytime, a ticket is generated and don’t get any response. Ticket numbers 1019695, 1019759, 1019760, 1019883 have been created and no response has been received from your side. I am in debt now due to company’s inefficiency. I am frustrated and angry. I hope you will show the same urgency to refund as you showed at the time of getting payment from me. I was also promised that rs 20, 000 of my emi interest would be refunded after my trip and also the extra 80, 000 was to be refunded.in addition i was also promised a gift of led/ nano. Also gift vouchers for barbecue nation. I expect that these commitments will be fulfilled and i hope i will get all this soon. Also find attached the screen shot of the response that i get. I may never, ever, recommend this company to any of my friends or relatives. I hope you understand my situation and will respond in the same way as i did to complete your targets. I am Avinash Sharma, my complaint has still NOT been resolved and Ms Payal is yet to respond. I would request not to close my complaint till I get the refund. I am grateful for taking up this matter with the company
