We have purchased a plan on 10th March, 2018 for which we have sent the request for the cancellation of the plan on 15th March ( under 10 days period for the cancellation).
We have sent almost 10-12 emails to them, however haven't got any response from them,
Have visited their office also 2-3 times, but they do not bother at all regarding the refund.
It was stated by them, the refund will be processed within 90 days which is now close to 5 months and we havent got any resolution.
