Updated by dkabcl i got a call back from Jukaso customer care and they told me, we will be refund money after deducting 60%. even i have not used the services. when i told that your sales representative (Mr Ashawani ) commited you will get full refund even if you want to cancel the membership even after a year. now you are saying you will deduct the money.
person told me to call Mr. Ashawani and discuss with him only. and after a long follow up calls. Mr. Ashwani pick the phone and when i discuss with him he was agreed with me that was discussed and there would not be any deduction. he told he will discuss in office and will get back to me . But after that day again he is not picking my phone. Please advise what to do. No one is reverting. when some one is picking phone they just they will get back to me. but no one is reverting.
