I have availed a membership plan from you in january in name of Sapna and Ashish Aggarwal and gave request to cancel the same with in 2 days.
As per your policy, your so called 90 working days was completed in may but still we have not received our refund. It has been more than a month we are visiting your office every alternate day for our cheque but every time your people says cheque is not signed and asks us to come after 2-3 days. Your employes even know dont know to talk to client. Specially that lady Ms Sonia has no etiquettes at all. Her behaviour reveals the status of organisation.
I just want to know how long does it take to sign a cheque. It has already been 5 complete Months.
Is this the way you people earn your livelihood. By cheating on people, by holding their hard earned money. Is this your way to glorify your company.
I have to take time out of my buzy schedule to visit your office for the work there were no requirement for if your policies were well formed and implemented.
This is the height of tolerance. You are harassing us for no reason. stop this harassments and give our cheque. Hope
you have made enough money out of our money by keeping it for 5 months unnecessarily.
